Photoshoot Session Cancellation Policy
At Artyouadore, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and schedules may need to be adjusted. To ensure clarity and fairness for all clients, please review our cancellation policy:
- Non-Refundable Payments
All session fees and deposits paid to secure your photoshoot are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the time, resources, and effort dedicated to planning and preparing for your session. - Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule your session, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your scheduling needs. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Rescheduling is permitted for up to 45 days from the original session date, subject to studio availability. - Session Fee Credit
If rescheduling does not occur within the 45-day period, the session fee will be retained as a credit for future purchases.- All applicable sales, promotions, or special offers tied to the original booking will become null and void after the 45-day rescheduling period.
- The credit will be applied toward photography services or products at the prevailing prices at the time of redemption.
- No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee and deposit.
